What is Yoga?

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline originating from India that seeks to unite the body, mind, and spirit through practices of asanas (physical postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), and meditation.

What benefits does it provide?

It improves flexibility, muscle strength, reduces stress, enhances concentration, promotes mental and emotional well-being, improves posture, and increases energy and vitality.

My teaching´s style of Yoga

There are many different types or styles of yoga. These range from gentle to intense.
